To download, DO NOT download the thumbnail_t.jpg!
But rather click on the thumb, which will take you to the real .BMP background file.
Then save the .BMP file! The .BMP file has dimensions of 315 x 315 pixels.
Save to: C:\Program files\Microsoft Chat\Comicart - or - C:\Program files\Chat\Comicart
(or wherever COMICART folder is installed on your Hard Drive)

After clicking on a thumbnail picture below,
Right click on the next image, then select 'Save image as' - Then 'Save' to your Download folder!
